Clarification

To take note with regards to practical:
Right ventricle has a larger cavity (space) due to the thin walls as compared to left ventricle.
The size of the left and right ventricle is similar, however as the left ventricle has a thicker muscular and elastic wall, the space in the ventricle this becomes less.
Left ventricle has thicker muscular wall to exert a greater pressure as blood is being pumped to the rest of the body as compared to the right ventricle that pumps blood to the lungs which is situated nearby.

All the best for the CT, study T4,T5.1-5.3 and CHD well.
